As a result, Square Health now provides expert medical services using the latest online technology.

*We want to point out that your Health Check allowance for a joint policy is one per year for each policyholder. For a single policy, the 1 per year allowance can be used by either you or your partner, but not both.

**Your allowances are shared between all family members who have access.

Getting Registered 

Download and open the HSBC Health app and accept Square Health’s Terms and Conditions.
Once your policy is live you will get an email from Square Health with your registration details.
Log in and change your password within 24 hours.
If you haven’t changed your password within 24 hours select ‘Forgot Password’ on the Sign In page of the app using your email address as your username.
You will then receive an email with a temporary password which you can use to log in.

Once logged in to the app, follow the instructions to complete your profile.

A new Chesnara Life App is coming soon, Square Health will email you when it’s ready to download.
