​If you are registered to use Chesnara Life Access​ — your online adviser portal, you can easily manage and service existing legacy business. Advisers previously registered with HSBC Life are able to log in using their existing credentials.

Adviser portal options​

The Adviser Portal gives you the option to:

  • Make client personal data changes – name, address and contact details​
  • Register a claim​
  • Access business reports including early warning report, lapsed and cancelled cases reports​
  • Commission and account summary information​

Managing policy options

If you need to manage policy options, such as Guaranteed Insurability Options, Separation Benefit or reductions in cover then contact our Protection Adviser Helpdesk.

Client options via the Client Portal

Your clients can use Chesnara Life Access to keep personal details and circumstances up to date and view all their policy documentation. 

Typical reasons to update policy details include: ​

  • Moving to a new address
  • Changing name
  • Changing bank accounts for premium payments
  • Reviewing cover level
  • Placing cover in trust
